  Friendly, helpful, courteous. All around great staff. They take the time to visit instead of rushing you out which is a plus in my books.

  My sister was visiting us from Alberta. She has special needs but loves her IPad. She especially enjoys music & movies. Strangely her headphones did not work with her device. She is a bit hard of hearing & so the volume had to be turned up loud. Another sister had taken it to the Apple Store in Alberta & they were unable to repair it blaming it on being an older device. I took a chance on bringing it into Cell Mechanics while we went to the drugstore next door. By the time we got back it was fixed! They were so nice to us & put a smile on my sisters face. She continues to be able to use her headphones with no further problems> Thank you so much! You guys are the best.
