  I purchased a brand new Journey there had nothing but troubles with it from the start leaking sunroof, 2 blown power steering hoses , which I had to tell them was the issue.Replaced the whole steering assembly on a recall, transmission sensor was replaced, blue tooth quit $800 to fix it.Won't start if it sits more than 1 day, and now the transmission went.... no offer to come pick up vehicle and have a look at when i called them. No warranty as it is miled out at 140,000 km.The dealership, service department and Chrysler are a joke.Nobody at this dealership stands behind their product, we have purchased several vehicles from them and this will be the last as it has gotten worse in the last couple years.

  Gave these morons just shy of $2000 to fix my truck that was having trouble starting. When I got it back it still had the exact same issue. They won't even come pick it up or give me a courtesy car in the meantime. Stay away from these idiots. Please.

  Service department has absolutely terrible costumer service, and seemly untrained monkeys in the shop that wont do anything for your car untill you mention it.

  Waiting area is not very inviting nor is there display parking lot (s) but they do offer a variety of different models and good service.

  Would not reccomend ever taking your car here if are needing it serviced, take it to carman dodge much less hassle
